Commercial Building with Hotel in Pasing, Munich

The new building reflects the perimeter blocks typical for its surroundings, taking on the form of an elaborate volume which strongly relates its various addresses and uses. A lower structure in the inner yard, housing a part of the retail spaces, subdivides this area into a succession of courts of differing dimension and quality, offering an attractive network of paths through the quarter. The façades toward the street are made of brick, with a creamish lime washing, which continues in the roof.
