Standing at an exposed traffic hub, the high-rise on the northern bypass in Pasing will mark the starting point of ”Paseo”, a promenade stretching along a new residential quarter and the shopping center ”Pasing Arcaden”, up to Pasing station. An unprepossessing electrical substation in this highly visible spot will be integrated into the new buildings and its appearance improved. The high-rise will contain a mixture of apartments and offices, retail outlets on street level will add to the infrastructure of the new adjacent neighborhood.
