Sports Hall Bietigheim-Bissingen

The building volume is integrated in the two to three-storey high school buildings from the 50s. Through lowering of the sports hall, views towards the green inner courtyard and to the tree-covered hill are retained. The foyer provides access to the 150 spectator stands, including bars and seating for various arrangements. The building form is a clear geometry. The supporting structure above the hall define a series of extruding sheds which provide natural northern light.
