Living and Offices of the Zuckerfabrik Regensburg

The site of the old sugar factory is located East of the industrial area of Regensburg, near the Old Town centre. The proposed concept of urban building relies on essential South-facing green spaces, and realise, along the railway, thanks to its expansion toward the way Pürkerlgutweg, an immense park which not only increases open space desperately needed in this environment, and simultaneously develops a new connection for pedestrians and cyclists coming from the East toward the Old Town.
